We strive to ensure all product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting, device settings, or manufacturing differences.
We reserve the right to correct errors or update product details without prior notice.
4. Orders and Payment
- All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR)
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
- We accept Paystack online card payments or EFT.
- An order confirmation will be sent to you once payment is received.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are processed and shipped within 15 business days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier availability.
- Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or external factors beyond our control.
- Please ensure your shipping details are correct — we are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at gabi@somethingbluebridal.co.za within 7 days of receiving your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Something Blue Bridal and protected under copyright law.

In all cases, our liability will not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
