Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely happy, you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

To qualify, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging. Please make sure you have your receipt or proof of purchase on hand.

To arrange a return or exchange, please email us at gabi@somethingbluebridal.co.za. Once your request has been approved, you can send your parcel to:
C1 Edingight, 6B Gatley Road, Rondebosch, 7700, Western Cape.

Please note that courier fees are your responsibility, unless you received the wrong item or a faulty product. 

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
